So yesterday I got my new revo 3.3 5309 model from amainhobbies....I opened it and stored it for the night. I woke up this morning, turned on the transmitter, then the receiver and everythinmg was working fine. I then did a range test and still was perfect. it started up right away and i got about 3 minutes into the first tank of fuel. Then the transmitter just kinda like didnt wanna work right. Everything was charged and the transmitter had brand new batts but it wasn't connecting to the receiver right.. No i turned it the back on... worked for a second then nothing and it keeps doing that... Anybody else have this problem....Wats my answer. PLZ:(:(

iam not saying you dont know if your batts are ok, but, did you check the voltage on each of them? rare sometimes a single batt will go bad. next comes bad conections, cut wires. also sometimes the antenna wire will come loose inside the transmeter.

oh yea..it was the receiver batt was dead...thanx anyways!!!

Traxxas rx battery packs take quite a few cycles to come to life, this is typical of cheap Nimh packs. The included chargers do not fully charge the batteries either. Buy an Orion 1600mah pack and a decent charger when you feel the need to upgrade.

well i have a very nice venom charger that i got when i bought my first truck.. i was charging on 2 amps and that was poop.. so i charged it on 1 amp and it charged in about 30 mins. but i think I'm gonna upgrade that to a better batt...you can oly wish though that in the future someone will make tx that runs off of a rechargeable batt instead of 4-8 aa's

They do make them, but they don't last long at all unless you go Lipo or Lithium. Lots of brands have rechargeable TX packs. I prefer the old alkalines.

i use the 2500 energizer rechargeable AA batt from wally world and they work great havnt had a problem out of them yet and iv had the same set for over a yr now, the duracell work really well too.

yea i have those i guess they do work great but i wanted like one tx pack like a lipo or something but they make them to only fit futaba and airtronics radios!!!its sux
