Transmission Got Locked

I'm breaking in a new Revo engine, but I noticed that my T-Maxx did not want to take off anymore. Viewing my truck from the rear, the spur gear is able to move clockwise, but will not spin counterclockwise. It seems like it's locked up. Can anyone please give me any suggestions?

Check that nothing is stuck in your spur or pinion.
Sometime's the smallest pebble will get stuck in the teeth, and stop the truck from moving.
Also, check to see if you have any rocks stuck in the wheel hubs.
If not, you'll have to open er up

Hey Ratzo, I opened the transmission and I've come to find out that the teeth on one of the primary gears is broken. What the hell could've caused this to happen? Do they sell metal primary gears? I'm gonna have to call my LHS and order me another. Thanks for the advice!!

Good luck Junior. The plastic gears suck unfortunatly.
See about an upgrade for sure.
While your at it, you might want to look into the forward only conversion while the truck is apart.
It will lighten up your trucks drive train, at the cost of losing reverse.
But it's a good mod if your going to be racing. If not, No worries.

Hey Guys, Do you think that my primary gear messed up because I tightened the slipper clutch so tight so that it would not slip.

Very good posibility. The slipper clutch takes the shock out of the system when it lands after being airborn. The tires SUDDENLY want to turn when the car hits the ground, and if there's no give in the slipper, it's a shock to the whole drive train. Sooner or later, something else has to give.
