Tranny problems

Hello, i had tranny trouble with my savage x a while ago. Finally getting around to get it fixed now. When I took it apart, the bearing on the diff was gone. I need to order a few bearing, but can't find it on the hpi site. Can someone help..this is the part i need...

do these bearings come off of the actual diff? if so how? i tried to get mine off but their full of grease and stuff can't see alot.

never mind it is the b032 bearing..but how do you get the bearings off of the diff?

You will need to completely disassemble the diff to change the bearings.

The drive cup shaft is what the bearing rides on, and the drive cup is pinned to the diff housing. You have to gut the housing an carefully remove the cross pin to remove the drive cup and then take the bearing off of the cup.

Perfect time to inspect/service/shim the diffs too...

While your diffs are disassembled, it would be beneficial to remove all the grease and add some heavy weight silicone diff fluid.
