Ok well i got my dynamite pipe hung i rigged up a peace of coathanger and bent it to fit works like a charge but anyway this pipe gave me a shiz load more torque and speed and i think i burnt up my primary cause it started clicking and poop then it was revving high and moveing real slow. My Q is to take the tranny off do i have to take the front and rear end off or does it just lift right out and off the slider shafts??

It should lift right out. It's a biotch to get it back in though without unscrewing the slider shafts from the trans. I'd do that first at least on the rear center shaft when you take it out. It's just a pain to get back in with only 2 hands without taking the rear center off. Put the front one together before you put it back in. It's a pain to assemble the brake system while it's in the truck.

thanx it did just come right out and as i suspected i just ate up one of the primaries theres 0 teeth on it.

RRP makes primary gears right??

Depends on what your calling the primary's.

They make everything in the trans but the bigger 2 speed gears. I highly recommend a foc if you haven't gotten one already.

I have the full gear set from RRP. I have over a gallon of 21 life on them and last time I checked (about 1/2 quart ago) there was absolutly no wear.

Although, if you buy the top 2 speed gear, I strongly suggest getting an extra bearing or two from RRP as well. Mine shelled out at 3/4 gallon. I believe it's a 6x11 which is an odd size that is hard to find. Boca makes them as well. I ordered 4 from boca and 4 from tower for the RRP kit. I like to have backup.

Oh yeah, I opted for the steel ones, not the aluminum. I don't know how the al ones hold up. But the steel ones are considerably heavy. If your running a 2.5 maxx, you may want to try the aluminum ones instead.
