ok well i blew out the reverse in my revo well i got the new gears and following the "GREAT" instructions traxxas gave me i put it back together all is good until i try to put the other half of the tranny on it desides to get all grindy and barely turns what is going on?? plz help

You probably missed a washer or a spacer somewhere. If not, you just don't have all the parts properly aligned. Did you empty out the entire trans case to clean out any debris left by the stripped reverse?

ohhh booob!! its probly too late to tell you, but i will any way.. what you have to do is take all the reverse gears out of your rig with that silly little servo and the useless opti-drive.. line them up neatly on the bench... now walk over to your tool box, grab safety glasses and the biggest freakin hammer you can find and a broom.(TRUST ME!! I'm a professional and i know what I'm talking about.lol) now carefully smash all those prevoussly listed parts.. sweep them up with the broom and put them in the trash.. PROBLEM FIXED. sorry bob all my trany problems went away after ditching the reverse..

hey bob.. i really wish i could give you more technical advise. its just that i havent had reverse for so long. after reading my post it sounded kind of sarcastic but i didnt mean it that way. i was loughing so hard while typing i just couldnt read my computer screen..lol

yeah everyone says that the reverse is weak but i find it very useful well found the problem missd a washer thanx guys

and also cleaning all the plastic chunks outts my gears helped a load
