Track(s) near Palm Beach, FL?

I'll be visiting Palm Beach, FL for Thanksgiving and Christmas and would love to get some "real" track time (we don't have much here in New York City). On-road, off-road - doesn't matter; I just need to know what to pack (maybe both)...
