I'm 35 minutes away and regularly attend races - my "home" track. I saw it for the first time in Feb 2024 and decided that day that I was going to build a Nitro to run on it. Got the kit(s) built and did my first race in June 2024.

Let me know if you have any questions, the only "corrections" I'd offer in the description above is the "restrooms" are a single Port-A-Potty (they'll have 2 for large events), as the area is prone to flooding since it's right next to the Meramec River. The track surface is underwater when the river level at Valley Park hits 18'. There really isn't a "covered" pit area because you're not supposed to set up under the driver's stand - most folks bring tables and Canopies.

I think they do a great job!

They have the video feed up today, but oftentimes there is a delay between the feed and the time chart underneath (pick one or the other). Currently having a practice session - I don't expect the racing to start until ~1 p.m. CDT. Finish line/transponder sensor wire is in the right corner heading into the straight a couple feet before pit lane starts.
