NC: it's right of of I-95 south of Oakland Park Blvd....the park is called Mills Pond....there's also a banked cement oval there...that's what the lights on the other side are for....it's pretty good track ....they had some state or national race a few weeks ago and redid the track...it's awsome now......
Candyman I wish it was my buggy....I took this pic saturday when I didn't get anything running....I was having the worst day of RC ing I've had in a long time.....

what did they use for the sides?? I'm workin gon a track and i can't find anything cheep!! that will work.. any ideas??

jut some 2x4 in the corner to make a frame and they replace the sides w/ plastic trellis from home depot or get some construction net when you go by a construction site that's near completion......there are only gate things in the corners....we can move a few PVC pipes and there's a dit oval w/ a big triple and the corner the pic is from is elevated about 3-5 ft from the rest of the track and you have a table top up to it.....some guy named Jovan designed most of it.....and maintains it.....they rotate responsibility...this is in a public park so you pay 1.50 for the park entrance and 6.00 practice fee mon. wed nite and 15.00 race fee on sat...free practice before

yeah i have always wanted to build my own track but i dont have the room I'm planing on building a house out in the wood when i go out looking for a house just so that i have all the room i need but i always wonder what makes a good track???

good clay....I like the 50/50 mix but it's really expensive.... most guys like that blue groove crap..if I wanted to race hard surfaces I'd do touring cars....

mills pond has like 30 / 70 and it just gets blue groove real easy......I guess it's good for speed but it's hard to control sometimes......I like the thick stuff but it does load your tires up quick.....
