lol, i did some swapping of servos on my revo today...took an extra steering servo on my truck and swapped it with my dead throttle servo, so i could get it out and do some tuning as it just got broke in when the servo died...well a cop was sitting at a corner in town here as i was running up and downt he street just getting it up to temp to tune...he stopped me and said i just radared you...i was like at waht, hes like i caught your little truck running at 38mph...i just started laughing. i didnt have it at wot yet, so i was still pretty happy with it...then he proceeds to tell me that i can run it on the road until someone calls in a complaint, then i have to goto a park to run it, but until i get that complaint I'm running this thing...the funny part is the revo is quiet compared to my ofna jammin x1....damn jp1 pipes are loud haha..but thought id share
 
38 in a 25...and no, as its not a motor vehicle licensed for the roads...duh

Got Cen Genesis 7.7, got no speed gun, but's supposed to do 70 mph_- 80 mph. holy crap man this thing leaves my aftershock standing still !!!!!!!!

well it was fast but i broke the one way bearint today !! Bad day man

You can bet on that one. If it will....damn you have to film it. But yeah, not going to happen. The fastest I have ever had a RC up to was 62mph. That was my 3.3 Jato clocked in a big parking lot....running 30% nitro on a slight downhill grade. I was scared to touch the steering wheel. A crash at that speed is a write off.
 
The cen will do MAYBE 50. I've seen em run. and my aftershock with the lrp .28 in it, kicked the genesis' ass. One thing to always know, vehicles will never do what they say on the box, unless you throw another grand or so into em.
 
The LRP is a bad a$$ engine. You are correct they normally don't do what they say on the box. I think the Jato an 4-Tec are the cloest I have seen to it. But 70 for a huge truck like that.....um....probably not a chance
 
70 in a nitro is damn fast but not very common if you want speed go with electric, brushless, and LiPo Power
