i have the mogul, and i just use the plain stick on one. nothing special. had the same one for like a year now...

on a side note i got my girl the same phone. well i got two, cause they had buy one get one...

Oh, sorry, lol. Didn't click the link.

From what I hear on another forum I visit for MP3 and other tech they're about the best out there for clarity and durability.

I personally don't think you need one. a hard case with a flip top would be better. i had one on my ipod touch for 4 months and nothing happened to it. it actually was worse on it the screen has a lot of friction and its a once its on you don't move it again screen. Btw it was by the same company. Jmo

What? lol

Yeah I think a hard case might be better too, or at least a sleeve. Or both if you're really strict about keeping stuff looking new :D

well it was worse. you had to real push down. and like i said the screen makes a ton of extra friction. also its very hard to not get crap and bubbles under the screen. and when its under there it looks like a piece of crap

I just picked up a Samsung Impression for the wife for Mother's Day. I was wondering what you guys are using for screen protectors on your phones. This one looks nice

but I'd like to hear what everyone else is using. I use a cheap $2 screen protector for my crackberry but it's not a touch screen.

Sweetdiesel,

I highly recommend Invisible Shield - I have them on my Sirius Stiletto and my Blackberry Storm which is a touch screen phone.

The Stiletto I have the full body coverage and there isn't a single scratch on it and it's carried in my pocket from work to home and back all the time.

The Storm I only have the screen protector since I normally keep the Storm in a pouch which puts the phone to sleep to save battery life, at any rate it's great protection for any device if you ask me. I bought my girlfriend a Nintendo DSi and plan on getting one for that as well.

If there was a down side to it, I would say it has an almost orange peel look to it when applied. I can deal with that for the protection it offers. As for the comment about bubbles and junk under it... it's just like anything else you stick on something, be it stickers, decals, or screen protectors. You've got to take your time, be sure you fully clean the surface and use the spray that's included to spray the film and the device then use the squeegee that's included to push out the bubbles from the center out. Neither device I have the InvisibleShield on has bubbles or junk under it.

we got the hard shell case thing for them both, but need to get a screen protector. lmk what you get.

i have one that came with my mogul, just thin plastic with a sticky side. once i got all the bubbles out it was fine, and i still have it on there now. no issues with sensitivity.

Thanks for the input guys. I'm going to go ahead and order the invisible shield.

Edit: I just ordered the full body kit. Total came to just under $25 with tax, shipping, and discount code (zagg20 for 20% off)

Invisible Shield rocks! I bought the full body for my iPod and when I got my Touch Pro I bought one for it also. I dropped the phone and it put a nick in the shield, called them up and gave them my order number and they sent a whole new shield out. The first replacement you get, you are not required to return the damaged one. But if you require a replacement after that, they request you return damaged one.
So hang on to the order # and you should be good to go. I've heard a lot of people say it affects the touchscreen, but for me it was just like learning how to use a touchscreen in the first place. Just takes awhile to get used to is all.

Lowballer! I'll give you 30%. :D

I was playing with the new phone last night and it is sweet. The AMOLED screen is crystal clear and vibrant. Too bad I can't have a camera phone at work.

they are very kick ass phones. and your right the screen is NICE!!

the other phone is going to her son, once he earns it.

I'm glad this was brought up because I have looking for a good protector. I just ordered full body kits for my LG vu and my wife's Samsung Eternity. I have had a hard case on my vu for a while but it feels bulky, I'll be happy to have a nice slim phone again!

Thanks for posting the discount code SD, saved $10.00

i get 50% off on all accessories from ATT.. i need to go get her a screen protector before she scratches it in her purse...

I would have to agree with Woodie. I have that screen protector on my Instinct. It works well and hasn't had a scratch on it in over six months. Just take your time and follow the directions and it will turn out great.
