Hey guys,
New to the site. I have a TMaxx 4910 with the 3.3. I got the torque management upgrade and installed it a while back. I've been through 4 gears to date, partly caused by my crappy mesh job, the other half from 2 motor mount screws stripped. I'm meshed good now and have a new motor mount. I seem to lose a tooth or two here and there, not sure why. I was thinking about trying to find the gear 4472r in steel or going with the newer grey transmission to run the standard straight gears. I know I'm probably missing something to correct my situation. Any advice/help would be appreciated.

Must be that you are too tight on the slipper adjustment,........................tighten it down, then back it off 1/4 turn,

The best thing to do is go back to stock gears and use the slipper kit to convert to the newer style slipper.

Thanks a lot. I'll try adjusting the slipper some more before I run it hard. I run in mostly dirt and grass, pasture behind the house.
