Just wondering what types of tool boxes or carring cases you use to hold all your eqitment?

For spare parts and other stuff, I use an old tackle box I have from fishing. Works pretty good since the tray dividers can be sized to your needs. The bottom part of the box is large enough to hold spare batteries, tools and even my peak charger.

I use this tackle box Plano 737 for my field box.

Works great.

Dude I have the same box. I also just bought a Stanley work box that I am getting ready to convert it to a starter box. I just finished cutting the hole out of the side to fit my charger and glow plug ignitor. Next thing is to mount the pump for the fuel bottle. I have enough room for the pump, battery, and still have room for parts and other stuff, plus it has a storage compartment on top of the lid. No cam or I would take pics.

I use this for the main concentration of screws and lots of miscellaneous parts between three nitro R/C's and I love it. For the rest I use a small cheepie tool box that I picked up from the dollar store and my regular big box. For carrying around the Nitro's I use a regular duffle bag with wheels on one end to roll around easy.

NNF, my wife uses those style boxes to hold the beads from her beadwork. Great boxes.

Gutterboy, my wife bought hers at a craft store called Michael's. You'd be surprised at what you can find there.

I use a tote style rolling tool chest made by Craftsman. Picked it up at Sears really cheap. I use smaller Rubbermaid containers similar to what NNF posted inside the tool chest for holding smaller bits and pieces.

Mine holds three sets of wheels, two radios, a gallon of fuel and on two stacker style pull out trays everything I need in spare parts.

Thanks Sky, there is a Michaels right down the road from me. I think I will stop there when I get off work in the morning and check that place out.

I picked up mine up at a local hardware store. I got that picture off of www.acehardware.com. Yeah it's great for screws and glo plugs and all the small crap that the R/C has. Like I said I fit most of my parts for three R/C's in that one little box. I am eventually going to switch to something like what sky has. It's just kind of a pain in the butt to try to pack up the R/C and go bashing it takes me way too long. Hopefully people are using a magnetic parts tray for a parts keeper while wrenching. They are invaluable. That parts box looks even better with stickers and stuff on it.

i got a couple of cheap rubber made containers. they work great and were like $1 a piece. they come in handy and hold a lot. holds all of my tools.

You can get the one like NNF has at Wal-Mart, they cost $7.99. I've got 2 of those, they're awesome. I just switched to this Plano box and it's pretty kick-ass. Lots of room for larger items.

This is what I bring to the track. Everything fits into my tackle box and the two short tubs on the bottom rack.

I use a regular tool box and a couple of Postal Tubs I "borrowed" from work.
