So, my question is...

Should I sell my T-Maxx 3.3 and get a Revo 3.3 (or savage, aftershock for that matter)?

My T-Maxx keeps breaking and I'm not a heavy duty basher!

Or do you think I should stick with the Maxx and try to upgrade it? (although I can't afford to put $2k in this machine)

I'm gonna ask my LHS on Tuesday how much they would take my T-Maxx as a trade in. If the price is right... I might actually do it.

There's only one problem.. I'm hooked, I can't get out of this hobby now.

Thanks for your input.

LST2, for the life of me I can't break this thing. Losi has done a hell of a good job on this thing out of the box. I may sell mine only because I'm building a new one with carbon decks for racing.

i would go for a revo or a savage, very good durable trucks , breaking things is part of the hobby, but some tend to break more than others.

I liked the Losi line as well the Traxxas and HPI. Check what the parts availablity are. Take a good look at them and their options. All of them would be raced on the Production MT class since they have the two speed tranny rather than the standard 1/8th center diff.

All three are race capable if you set them up properly.

The savage would get my vote but you really can't go wrong with the LST or Revo.

i think everybody forgot to say this '' sell it ''and get something better, in my opinion,

depends on what they offer you. Maxx's are a dime a dozen. If you havn't sunk too much into it already then I'd say your in a better position than if you had already put a few hundred dollars in it.

i'd say around $200. maybe a lil more.

if you plan on racing i'd say revo. it is alot lighter than the other's, but if you plan on bashing i'd say savage or lst, i like the lst it's sick on the track. the savage i havent got a chance to try the newer ones. i tried on of the older ones the savage 25, it was'nt bad, i just did'nt like the wide turns. it took the jumps nicely though.
