I always thought to much of a good thing wasn't bad. but when it comes ot power it is.
I installed a diablo .28 in my savage and it is crazy I has a gearing of 18/49 and all harden drive cups hardern dog bones and that 4 gear spider mod in my savage along with other stuff. About a week ago I was running it and the tire RIPPED right off the wheel. and I was running it again today and again the tire was ripped off the bead is still on the tire. Plus when every I hit the gas it wheelies, it is not the sweet slow wheelie but the really fast one that gets you every time and I am still running it rich.
So I am going to get a set of beadlock rims. What would be a good tire that is good allround (like the stock tire) but dont have as much side wall?

i have some tires that come stock on the GS storm on mine. they seem to hold up quite well and offer plenty of all-terrain grip. i think with the power you have on tap now, a set of jumbo kongs are in order.

I ran the Kongs on my Collari .30 Savage. With this much power and Kongs, you'll bend and twist every hardened piece on that truck along with breaking everyting else that isn't hardened or is still plastic. To much power is to much power, just learn how to use it. that is what I had to do.

what size are the big joes? are they the same as stock or intermediate between stock and kongs?

I believe they are inbetween, I know they are bigger than stock, but can't compare them to Jumbo kongs.

good all around big joes rock. i run the rear tires backwards for better hook-up.the sidewall is thin so it doesn't roll side to side they are made just for that reason i believe. my k46 wont wheelie in the dirt, well silt/sandy rich california oranges grow in this stuff as well as fruits and veggies.

i run the big joes on 23mm hex cheyenne rims. i see the back tires are backwards.

A buddy of mine runs Imex Jumbo Claw dawgs with DEEP offset diamond rims. Looks like a good size, I am thinking of getting a set. I'll let ya know about these when I get em.

I run the stock tires and trinity 3 stage foams with my maximizer beadlocks. No tires popping and the foams really cut out any sidewall flex.

Try 18/47 or 19/47 gears. You could also try to be less abrupt on the throttle.

I think I might try your set up, beadlock rims and 3 stage foam and some big joe tires do they make a 40series rim in beadlock?

nope haven't tried it but seen a video of someone doing it some where on here. Here is the video
