TMAXX won't move, part 2

I had a problem with my Tmaxx not moving. A couple people said it was the slipper clutch. After replacing the clutch and tightning the nut the truck still wouldn't move. So I dissasembled the transmission and found a broken pin. The pin went in the primary gear, so after spending 6 bucks on a new gear and pin the truck runs fine, but, now I have a high pitched whine when driving. Truck runs great and stops fine. Any suggestions about the whine?

First check would be the mesh(too tight) between your clutchbell and spur gear.

Quite right Racer 1966 ! I feel that is the issue. Double check that mesh or your going to either chew up the clutch bell or the Spur gear unless it is a Robinson Spur. Then it will bw without a doudt a clutch bell.
