Here's a nice video to see the idle problem being fixed in action :P I was driving it and we decided to get some video for my friends... Then I remembered that post.

I haven't been into driving it over the past couple weeks... now that it's running perfectly I'm eager for tomorrow to come so I can rip it up at the park.

Good vid. That sounds like its pretty sweet now. Nice and even. Now you can play with the high speed needle. Get it screaming, and then back it off a 1/4 turn. If you're are running around a lot mostly around full throttle, then richen it even more. The hotter the engine gets, the more it will naturally lean out the mixture, so you need to compensate for that.

I love those wheelies, looks like its got heaps of low end punch! I have a HPI X SS 4.6 Savage kit waiting to be built, I hope it hauls like yours.

Heh. I wasn't even expecting THAT many wheelies--I was as surprised as you when I punched it the first time. I've gotten only about 3/4 gallon through it as of now. I'm sure it will be even better as time goes by. Good luck on your savvy! Go break some stuff! (on the terrain, since savvys are pretty much bulletproof)

Installed new fuel lines, and a new fuel filter. I also wrapped plumber's teflon tape around the threads just in case. It seemed to help.
