Tmaxx carburator engine trouble

hey i got a tmaxx 3.3 i have prolly 2 gallons or so gone through it and here in iowa its about 20 degrees but my car is running like crap i set my needles back to factory settings but its not doing anything anyy idea

You can try this tuning guide, stock setting are generally too rich so you would need to lean the needles from there.

At 20F, it's tough to get them tuned right anyway. You won't get the kind of solid tune you would have on a 75F day, but with some foil on the head to block some air flow, you should be able to get it to run somewhat ok.
