Dead batteries in receiver or transmitter. Or both

Or it could be your throttle/brake servo has took a crap. If all your batteries are good then its the servo.

i replast that do you think is could be that idlea screw as soon it starts it takes off

With the engine off and electronics on (both the transmitter and receiver) pull the air filter and look inside the carb to see if the idle gap is too large. Should be a 1mm or less gap. If too big your idle screw is too lean (screwed in too far), and/or the linkages or electronics are out of adjustment.

what about that screw on top some one siad it could be that not sure I'm pretty new at this its gots big black nob were a flat head screw driver goes in

Could be a bunch of things, you 1st need to make sure the throttle is working as it should then look at the other things.
If the throttle valve isn’t working correctly (fully closing to the idle gap and opening to full throttle) with the transmitter, adjusting the tune will not help.
