Well I have finished this version, and have been running it for quite some time now, about a gallon, and the front has no problems, has taken all the impacts that my bashing has given. I can also stand on it with nothing bending or breaking. The only problem has come form the back end. I built the Rear bumper to act as a "wheelie bar" of sorts, and while it has kept the truck form fliping onto its lid form a stand still,(making pretty white sparks on pavement) it rides hard on the ground and has subsequently pulled the two screws out that hold it to the chassis and bulkheads, then after replaced it has bent the two Stainless steel screws from impacts and landings. So as soon as I get the motivation I will shorten the rear bumper, and incorporate the hinge pin retainers into the design to further strenghten the mounting point. On the next version I will make the front a pillars from 3/16" to help cut weight as the truck is noticeably front heavy when in the air.
