how do i keep my buggy tires from ballooning out at high speed or are they supposed too.

Front tires? The ballooning is from the dif unloading, too much power to the wheels. Going up on the fluid in your center dif should help. I'm also guessing you're referring to when you're going down a straight away. One more thing, you'll get more responses posting in the appropriate forums, this one is pretty much for new members to say hi and introduce themselves.
