you mean the person who makes the best on-road tire or which compound is best? It all depends on a lot of variables such as surface...surface temp and the like.
 
I've dealt with few onroads but the best investment I ever bought for my RS4 was Team Sorrox Slicks. These things didnt slip, picke dup traction and top end speed. I'm serious, well worth the 40 bucks totoal. 10 bucks for 4 HPI orange foams and 30 for the 4 slicks.
