Hello all does anyone know of a good way to get a tire of a rim that is already glued thanx-Marc

Well iv'e never tried it but I've heard of guys pre-heating there oven to 400 degrees and then shut off the oven and stick there tires in there for about 10-15 minutes then take them out and they should just pop right off. just a thought

just rip em off and any rubber left on the rim that ripped off from the tire take it off with a dremel

Boil them for 15-20 minutes. If you used actual tire glue, they will come off. The boiling water disolves the glue. You will probably have to push them off, but it's way easier. I just did it with my maxx tonight and it really does work. be careful though, the tires will be full of boiling water.

:dancin: HEY WHAT UP IF I PUT JUMBO TIRES AND RIMS WOULD THAT WOULD MAKE A DIFFERENCE IN MY TRUCK BECAUSE I SAW SOME JUMBO TIRES AND RIMS ON ANOTHER T-MAXX AND THEY LOOK BETTER THEN THE SMALLER ONE'S AND IF I DO GO AND GET THESE HOW MUCH WOULD THEY COST:dancin:

Depending on your truck, if it's a 21 conversion or not, you may not have the power to pull all the rubber of jumbo kongs efficiently.

But, they are here: http://imex.clodparts.com/ and run $129 for tires and rims.

You may have to drop the teeth on your clutchbell to compensate for the weight. I've seen movies that i downloaded where guys have used these, and they drive like crap.

You might also try using some debonder. There are a few varieties out there designed to break down CA glues.
