I'm not wanting to run a BB, just a BB header. Already have a thunder chassis with monoblock. That's why I want a short chassis truck. I guess maybe I'll have to bend it like in the pic aboveLike joey said, you need a BB chassis to install a BB eng. The tightest BB pipe you will find is a 86061 made for a savage. The picture shows this pipe installed in a BB eng, the chassis is 1 inch longer in the rear than a 4908/09 chassis would be, and it still would be a tight fit if i had a 8 shock set ]
I've got a ton of BB headers, and the 86061 header is about as tight a bend as you will find. With the stock short chassis you will have to butcher something to run a BB header.
That one looks like the bend is almost tighter than the one listedI've actually found that a stock savage 4.6 header fits better and has more clearance than the ofna u shaped on a tmaxx. I'm running theTHS 1/8 scale savage pipe and header on my maxx now. I would send a pic but for some reason the system keeps telling me its an invalid file when i try to upload from tapatalk. Here is the link to the manifold i have.

Like I was saying the HPI Savage header is just about as tight as you will get for sure. What engine are you going to be putting it on? You might want to contact Racer1966 he makes a BB adapter for Traxxas exhaust engines. I did a write up on them, works perfect.
