Iv started up my car and the cars not acelerating at all,the servo is working perfectly but the throtle seems to be jammed or something can anyone help me please?

First of all disconnect the throttle linkage see if you can move it by hand. Its probaly craped up from old fuel squirt a little fresh fuel in the carb work it back and forth till its free then reconnect it try it again . Oh make sure if you have servo reverse on your trasmitter that the switch is the right way.:D

Iv tried with hand but it dont want to budge its just stuck there even with the screws being loose :s

Sounds like some dirt or such got in and made a burr on the slide or barrel if you can't free it by hand just replace the carb.

All i did was turn a few screws on the carb didnt turn them that much though, but now iv removed the screws completely and its stil not fee with hand iv got a replacment carb wich is doing the same thing aswel

Without a video or pics i dont know what else to say to help you. There is something defenitly wrong . Best i can tell you at this point is run them down to your local hobby shop and let them take a look at them.Sorry i dont have any more suggestions.:D

ZIP TIES!!! :hehe: just kidding. there's usually a screw on the side to tighten it down... usually a 2mm hex.

there is a nut on the side but i dont know how it was put in as it dont wana come out,its like a screw with no face going in from one side and then a lil hex nut on the other side,iv managed to take the hex nut off but the screw stays in like its been glued in,iv tried tapping it gently but stil no luck.

that would be what you would use to tighten it down...

You loosen the nut, then push on the nut/bolt a bit to get it to not bite into the carb neck. Then with gentle twisting of the carb, you take the carb out. Then the cinch bolt should slide out. The bolt won't come out until the carb is removed.

When you replace the carb you need to press down HARD on the neck to compress the o-ring while clamping down the nut.
If not, you'll have a leak that will make it impossible to tune.

finally managed to pull the old carb out,who ever out it in had dropped in some glue :s also iv tried putting in the new carb but it still is loose how do i prevent it from spining round? il attach some pictures if it would help just uploading them to laptop now so will be in next post.

got the pics

Maybe those are not the right carbs get some calipers measure the opening and the carb neck that might be why it was glued witch is bs it should be only sealed around the neck with high temp silicon dont get anything down in the engine or you'll have problems.:D

ok i see with the nut loose put the carb in turn the screw till it starts getting tight then hold the screw and tighten the nut that screw when u turn it should push up against the carb neck and hold it.
