anyone with this engine in there revos that know of anything that can help the carb slide open fully? it appears as if the linkage arm is to long or something and it dosnt open all the way any sugestions or anything at all would be great thanks in advance guys!!!

if it's too long... shorten it!

usually, the problem with new engines has to do with the rotation of the carb. loosen the moon screw or whatever it's called (the nut right on the side there) and rotate the carb until you end your binding.

GL. and don't forget to tighten that nut back up when you're done. =)

May want to check the pivot arm where the rod connects to. It may not be moving freely. I was using an aluminum arm with ball bearings.

i finally got her fired up I've run about 4 tanks now the first three were really slugish but now on the fourth it is starting to livin up a bit not to mention I'm running her real rich my temps are about 180 right now but i started off at about 135 and worked my way up as i used each tank up... thanks for the input guys!
