Should I use threadlock on metal screws that go into plastic ?
Specifically the ones on the bottom of my chassis. Most of them
screw into something plastic, i.e. bulkheads, diff housings, rcvr tray posts, etc.

I generally use blue locktite in those applications without any problems. Locktite is also really good when the threads are nearly stripped out, specifically in the plasticmetal combos.

I wouldnt think it would work at all. In fact, the way lok-tite works, it needs metal to activate. For metal to plastic, use CA glue. Either medium or heavy thickness.
