I would be taking off and landing it non-stop because that looks like so much fun. You could put a gopro on it too and get some cool shots. Why do you not already have one?

Great plane.but by me the only time water is that smooth is 4 am .. once we get day break the water get moved by boat traffic..

Well, they do have one similar to the one in your video on aliexpress. They even have one with a US Coast Guard type paint scheme. I looked elsewhere for the same one as on aliexpress, and it does show it's discontinued. Hobbyking just says out of stock.

But you can find it in stock in kit form, and other types like pnp, etc. Whatever the hell they mean, the prices are all different.

It only has 2 motors, instead of 4, but I watched some vids on it and it flies pretty good. Smooth landings and takeoffs too.

63.7" wingspan is pretty big. It would look awesome out above the reservoir.
My scratch building doesn't work for me so foamy it is.
I would even go with a laser cut kit, but balsa, never again.

Yeah, it is a nice looking plane. From the videos I watched on it, you could land it in a small pond.
