Hey guys,

Well while I'm not drifting, I'm gonna be pretty bored. I was looking for a micro to run indoors, so only electrics. I was looking at the MLST, Mini T, Micro T, Micro DT, RC18 series, etc. I am really interested in the MLST and the RC18T. Anyone wanna give me some tips, info, etc? Thanks!

RC18's are awesome. I have owned 2 in the past and there pretty darn tough. I used to beat the crap out of them, I mean bom droping off 20 foot roofs and jumping onto my buddies patio cover lol so I know there tough. Easy to fix to! I have broke everything possible on my current one but it just keeps going. I blew 2 reedy motors apart by lawn darting, and one wfo into a curb, but like I said I bash hard lol. Mamba's brushless packages I find are tough and fast as chit! Always run the rc18's with a body too, or youll find you go threw shock towers right and left.

One of my friends back in highschool had a mini lst and that thing always broke. Arms, to stocker speed controler. Maby losi fixed the problems now, its been a while. Losi trucks can take a pretty good beating though. My mini-t is great in dirt. The seald transmission and pinion is a nice thing to have if you plan to drive on a baseball feild or gravle. A rc18 the pinion and spur are open and constantly get crap in them, the littlest rock will make a nasty grinding sound. Each has there ups and downs. Its mostly just what you like best.

Thanks for the info!

I was most interested in just a Monster truck and Truggy. I will only be running indoors, so I shouldn't be worrying about little stuff getting in. I'm most concerned about little hairs in the carpet. What would be best to avoid those?

I had the MLST for a short while. It was too big to run around the house IMO. The micro-t is much more fun for running around.

Then again, my house isn't that big.

I know a guy thats selling a very nice trinity rage brushless. Its really clean.

My micro desert truck that I had was fun for the house..... when it worked. Half the time I couldnt get the stock speed control to work, so I sold it lol. I may get another one some day though lol.

WTF! I can't find a link to anyone selling a Micro DT. Can anyone help me find the link? Thanks!

i think you would really like a minizilla, it has loads of power and speed.

I've got an XTM Rage. I use it all the time in all kinds of terrains, so carpet shouldn't be a problem. If you use it on tile or laminate flooring, I would suggest putting masking tape round the wheels - you can do lots of powersliding like that.

The Rage is fast everywhere. People say that you can't get replacement parts, but you can. Use www.galaxymodels.co.uk. Brilliant service!
