Thinking about building a scale garage

I’ve started gathering stuff to build a. 1/10 scale garage. It’s gonna be a collection of a little bit of all materials for it.
I have enough basswood strips and sheets to build an airport hanger. Plus a bunch of bamboo strips. And lots of styrene shapes, sheets, etc. But all too small in scale.

We still have a diorama to get back on. But it has become storage for some projects. So it'll be a bit before we get to this. But I started gathering supplies into one area.

Blackmagiccraft on YouTube does a ton of tabletop game terrain, buildings etc. I mention it because he has the foam and painting completely dialed in. Where to get the cheapest stuff, what sprays wont melt the foam, how to protect it etc. ie dollar store foam core, tear one layer of the paper off, draw bricks with a pencil into the foam, texture with a ball of tinfoil and paint. Comes out looking like real stone.

So maybe this will give u guys some reference on how big u wanna build it. That is a 36x24 in wall in last pic. The cars are setting with 2in on each outside. My plans are to run side walls 2 feet out and 2 feet up. Have a car lift so I can get a 3rd car in there and still leave some open floor space. I’m gonna make deck for chilling and watching tv. Add a garage door. And some windows
