I guess rechargeable in front of the motor and aa in rear?

I guess I'll throw 4aas in the rear for the led lights.

So after doing some looking, I found a hobby shop with 30% and 9% oil.

I need to replace the cracked top deck tra5523, tra5591 tranny halves to have as a spare, I need to find the cvd dust boot part number, and some different fluid as it appears to be sealed.

@WickedFog any recommendations on diff weight?

I run 200k base with a little of 500k mixed in. Ie my own potions. On my slash and works great. Both for bashing and the track.

The front is your radio box. The rear is the battery box.

This should be the radio box. There is another under the cheesy start system with a nimh. I'll picture it tomorrow.

That’s not the receiver box? Since the antenna is right there and you can see the antenna wire in that pic from the box lol

I forgot to proof read.
This car has a aa holder in rear. It has a box infrint of the motor with a nimh in it, and the box on the front with a green sticker. That green sticker tells me it's a reciever box.

Correct. No idea wtf the shiit under the EZ-start is for.. The rear most box is for your RX pack.. I’m betting it’s an “optional” location for those that wanna do more than just wheelies 24/7, lol…

I'm gonna get a new stick pack when I can afford it. Hopefully within a week or two. It's going back infront of the engine. The rear is gonna be a aa pack for headlights, tail lights, lightbar, maybe a blue el wire set. Had one on my xl1 rustler back in the day.

I'm tired of blowing smoke and scooting it across the floor going vroom vroom.

I am not sure what it even has in it. I drove it 5 times I think before it got put away.

But I see it may be 10k stock. I'd heavy that up if you're off-roading it. I'd maybe try 30k or so for speed running. You don't want any air under that lid lifting it and getting one wheel spinning too much at 70+ mph. Whatever is in it now was pretty good for parking lot runs, but I have no idea what that is. That's the 2nd RC I bought when I got back into it 12 years ago. It spent most of it's time broken down, even in the beginning. The only wrenching I did on it was fixing what I broke.

Yea... Don't get me started with them. Lol. Some people had good experiences with them but I personally had bad with them and the fitment of parts. Atleast with the electric 2wd TRX cars. Maybe different with other models.

Not that I know of. But if anyone is reading this, regardless if you need it or not, could you please take a moment and email Integy and ask them to bring back their Jato aluminum transmission housing? Much appreciated, and I don't even own one anymore

I will. And ill send pics too.
The 2.5 broke free after 2 minutes and a hair dryer. Alot of resistance so I put some wd40 and 3in1 in the exhaust hole and moved it around. Then some more heat as I tear down.

I thought about throwing a .15 in here. It's a 2 speed so it's gonna book it regardless.

I got you. Daytime and nighttime. Might even throw an led in the exhaust deflector to light it up.
