I got my HK order today
Buggy is wired up and ready to go, mods were:
2x Bluebird Digital High Torque/High Speed Servos 10.2Kg and 0.12sec at 6V
1x Turnigy LiPo BEC 6V
1x Turnigy LiPo Rx Pack 2100mAh 2s3p
The servos are very fast and very strong, the sound good too, came in a nice little green plastic case with all the bits, including (though I didn't use them) Alloy collars for going round the base of the horn to prevent them slipping on the splines (they are just about powerful enough to strip the plastic splines other wise, but I couldn't be bothered fitting them.
Steering is fairly instant to full lock, even with the buggy on the carpet. Letting go of the wheel at full lock causes the whole buggy to shake as the servo snaps back to centre and then follows the 'bouncing' control wheel on the Tx.
Brakes at full servo torque lock all four wheels pretty well on carpet. Might be a bit of a handful to drive that way. I'm considering putting a foam block under the brake end of the throttle trigger to get an easier finer control.
So, I'm going to go run it and hopefully get more than a tank out of it before something breaks this time!
