I have regretted selling chips crt.5 last year and i came across the deal of a lifetime on a crt.5 roller so i just had to jump on it. It also came with a ton of extra parts (diffs, gears, arms, wings, towers, etc) so i should be set for a long time

This is what i have so far
1. CRT.5 drivetrain
2. RC Monster brushless conversion
3. Tekno battery tray
4. Lunsford everything. (turnbuckles, hingepins, upper arm threaded shafts)
5. Large aluminum buggy shocks on the rear. I have no idea what kind but they are sweeeet.
6. Aluminum knuckles
7. Hitec 5997

Its all assembled and looks great but i do need a few things.
First thing i am going to buy is rims and tires. I would like somewhat of an all terrain tire on it. The road rages were sweet but it was a pavement only machine. I want something with some decent tread but not a huge sidewall. (to tame the ballooning) I am also going to need something fairly wide since there is going to be alot of power going to the ground. RPM stampede wheels are my first choice but i am open to other ideas.

Next is the powerplant for this thing. I have decided on a mamba monster max 2200kv combo and a 4S 5000.

It will be awhile before i drop the cash on electronics but i think i have a solid plan.

ideas, comments, smart remarks.

Pics will be up tonight

I'm not going to say what i paid because it would only make you mad. :)

Yeah I like the look of that rig as well. I have some almost brand new stampede tires and rims that I bought off ebay and don't need no more never even used them. Just a thought.

thanks, its a very solid rig. stock cvd's, beefy diffs, solid center diff, silky steering, sway bars and more adjustment than i will ever use.

its the perfect truck IMO. small enough to keep tucked away, strong enough to take a beating and just freakin cool period. )
