That's astounding. I feel all insignificant with my 2.5 T-maxx.....

Cheers,

Yeah that thing is amazing, comes with aluminum slipper clutch pads, you can change the spur gear without touching the slipper clutch, it has progressive rate springs and what looks like better shocks and dual steering servos to name a few neat things. Also a question that maybe is bad for nitro forum but it says you can bolt in a second gear? so does that mean that 65mph is with a single speed trans????? I can't imagine a second gear.... geez

well i dont know much about electric but do you really notice when an electric shifts into gear? like you dont hear it? or do you? idk

The electric motors do make some noise, I would assume it's possible.. but that's a guess based on my gf's tamiya hotshot

It's a selectable tranny like the old E maxx's. I don't think they're designed for the mamba. The Brushless E Maxx is identical to the 16.8 volt maxx. Just has the M.M.; 2200kv motor.

From what I understand the e-maxx uses a 4 channel radio and the gear change is controlled manually with one of the unused channels.
