awesome, can't wait to hear what people think of it

i just read the whole thread, they sound like they're really happy with it.

I've read that they've had some issues with breaking rear lower control arms.I guess we'll have to see.

599 plus shipping if u got hs maybe more ....i know i can get one for 600bux shipped

I thought it was less than that? Anyone have any true pricing on it... and from where?

I've seen $600 all over the place.

Just double checked it in the Tork catalog that Horizon Hobby sent me. $599.99

Alright, that's not too bad... that's what you're gona' pay for a higher end truck anyway. Are there any write ups or reviews on this yet or anything?

I think there is, but I'll have to ask my rc friends which mag it was. I don't buy them much unless something catches my eye in it at the hobby shop.

Yeah, I'm interested in a review like a mag or something. See if you can find that out. Thanx.

Man that thing is huge. I just seen it at my LHS and the shocks are so big and the whole truck is huge. The wheels look a bit oversized compaired to a savage but i would say it is like a 1/7 scale or 1/6 lol it towers over the savage.

damn thats just great to hear now I'm going to want a damn LST,plus it has dual steering servos, I've heard that the shocks are the same size as a bottle of shock oil i bet the servos will kill the batts really fast?

yeah I don't think your standard 6v 1100Mah Rx Pack will last. I have seen 2800Mah @ 6v but is that still even enough?

yeah it would be the same voltage, but it can carry twice the current, and yeah it will last twice as long.

Technical Specifications:

It defitnely sounds impressive...

you could put 2 6v packs in parallel then you would have double the power at the same voltage.
That was exactly what I was going to say. It would be very easy to wire up too. That is probibly a good solution. If there is enough room inside of the battery box, two flat packs would be perfect. Hell, you could even wire the two packs together and leave the plug to the switch alone.

I really want to read a review on this thing.

That review I was talking about is in the summer 2004 issue of R/C Monster Trucks. Probably at your LHS now. The same issue has a write up on the Revo, compares alot of MT's, and has a tunning section specifically for the 2.5. Oh yeah, and it has a $5K + T-Maxx to droll over.
