Your supposed to use a 4 channel stick radio, Tamiya recommends Futaba 4ch Attack radio, that comes with one of the guides, but to get the other guide it comes with a Multi function unit which is $200.

This is correct.there is a template that comes with the kit too make the adaptor that fits a two stick radio..So you can shift gears 1,2,3.and reverse.As well as use the 4WSSMaxxin said:I think you need the 4ch system so you can shift through all 3 speeds.
You have the left stick that you shift with..Your right stick does your steering and your RWD steering along with your FWD and REV.digger said:What do the four channels control?
