Thats *** in my oppion. Electric is cool and every thing i under stand all the benifits and how they can be just as fast as a gas engin but i just dont see it being pratical. Its like a big rc car, just undo the fastners and pop of the body you see. What if you get in a accident will the body pop of that easy. lol. Id rather be in a truck just my !

I'm sure those cars won't make it to production if they aren't safe. I think its a great idea, but its gonna take a lot of work before they are ready. I myself love having a gas engine, but the reality is, we are gonna run outta gas at some point, and these types of cars are gonna be needed. Would you rather have that, or a big ass engine and some steel around you that can't move?

It is nice to see GM stepping up to the plate but I dont think GM will make this just because there isnt a market for this...well there is but it isnt as big as the SUV market. I can't wait to see this car at the North American International Car Show in a few days!!
