Has anyone else noticed their definition of massive air is a constantly changing battle for what truly is massive air. Lets scroll down and check out a few pics I have included:

Massive air by Error 401:

Now we look at one of mine I literally am only about 6 feet off the ground:

Now we see Sky trying to break the 10 feet mark:

These were followed by witnessing the house jump which got my wheels turning as to how high we could really go. I mean he was only 25 feet off the ground tops.

I knew we could get higher than that and survive so I did this:

What were we talking there, 30 - 35 feet high? Plus or minus and surviving. Now knowing this this is survivable it seems like everyone on the HRB II wanted a piece of the massive air making it not that impossible of a feat. Here's a great shot of skylineracer making the jump:

I guess I am thinking about how high you can actually go. The whole survivability issue is not that much of an issue at all. I watched 4 different buggies make that huge jump and a Savage. All of the buggies survived however the savage tweaked the stock chassis. Our rc's are a lot tougher than we like to think so you might as well get your name in lights and beat the current level of massive air.

what exactly are you jumping off on the last 2 pics?

And BTW that is sick i gotta find somewhere with some huge jumps now!

LOL...at the first shot with Error's Savage. Ain't quite fair to use a dud jump with the fake title of massive air. But the string of images does show how we have consistantly tried to push the envelope with respect to jumping our RCs. Guess we need to find something larger to jump or some new challenge, as I think we have more than conquered the flying of our RCs.

One of the burms in the corner of a BMX track. I would really like to go out there with a shovel and a rake one day and smooth out the take off approach as both times we have launched we had a bumpy approach, thus robbed of some speed/air.

Domination, the first shot was from the first Hampton Roads Bash. El Pirata completed a 1:1 BMX track berm jump. The second shot was from the second Hampton Roads Bash where we all pretty much took our RCs off the biggest 1:1 BMX track berm out there. SkyLineRacer was the first to try it with his busted up MBX-4XR. Then the rest of us jumped on the bandwagon and went for it. We had a few other buggies and one Savage that made the attempt.

The following post from a previous thread shows what we were jumping. There are two links to the same video (one low res and one of better quality...click and enjoy.)
