Top was double marbled with dark gray and a tanish brown to give it a realism pop but the camera doesn't show it..

Fin.. :D

It looks just fine to me. Like Bob Ross use to say, "there are no mistakes, just happy accidents", lol

can't see the bleeds in that last pic :D

nice may I ask how you did the blood splatter on the side? Looks like the r/c ran someone over.

Exactly the intent, just tearing through people, the splatter was created by:

Kitchen ceran plastic crumpled up into a nice little balled end held, dipped into red paint, then I dobbed the exxess off onto a piece of paper a couple times then just dobbed it on the body until I was satisfied with the amount painted, then backed with black:D

Oh God, I hope Rolex doesn't see that last photo! Someone needs to get him a medic-alert necklace for when he keels over. He can push it and say "I've fallen and I can't get up because that R/C is filthy!"

LOL!

Nah man we love to see evryones paintjobs, they are able to ask questions, get tips, pointers and advice for further lids. Make your thread and put pics in as the process goes man dont be worried about being flamed, the only time I ever see someone get flamed is when they are being rude and disrespectful here on RCNT

I have a few snap shots of it so far....will wait until I'm completely finished before posting. I got a couple bleeds already on the roof??? Strange, because I let it dry for 2 days before painting over... I also put some pics of my build in the "help the newbie" post...:D

I get bleeds all the time hahabut they are okay, easy to touch up if you have goof off or paint thinner, just dont use laquer thinner or gas or any other solvents unless someone chimes in and says. Is this an sct lid or what?
