Finished Body must be completed and a photo must be submitted with proof of date on or before Feb 1st 2006.

doesn't look like it. I think there was some confusion on the rules and layout of the contest. It pretty much got abandoned I think. There was quite a bit of initial interest but then nothing happend (as you see). I'm slightly irritated by this but oh well. I'm not gonna lose any sleep over it.
