Hi all.
Now i have put on the Nova coolinghead on my s25 engine :)
temp.dropped down to about 96-98 degrees celsius, before i was around 130-140 degrees celsius.I can even run a bit leaner mixture now without any problems.
So i must say that i'm satisfied with my new investement.

the nova head are awsome, i had one before and did i see a difference!!

OS changed their engine head on their 21 RG engine to have a hollow center like the nova head. My old OS 21 RG with a filled in head is in a buggy and it runs about 240 whereas my savage has a new OS 21 RG and it runs about 190-205! I have a hard time getting it any warmer than that without sounding funny.

do they do i nova cooling head for the k4.6.
i was thinking about geting one because it runs around 300 sometimes.
dose it damage the engine runing at low temps

It can damage the engine by running at low temps, but in order for it to run that low, the performance you'd get wouldn't be worth it. So thus, lean it out to at least 200

it says k4.6 on it as well. i was trying to sell it when i got as i needed the money for $40 shipped but no one took me up on the offer so i decded to keep it.

Be careful with the Nova heads, just because you have decreased temps doesn't mean you can be careless with the needles. Make sure you always have a nice trail of smoke after leaning it out.
