Team Losi 8ight RTR

Hey guyz, do you know when this buggy came out in other words, when was it release? I am going to get a Losi 8ight RTR 1/8 buggy. It will be used for racing, not bashing. I know that Kits are better but since I am a newbie, I will start with RTR. What do you guyz think.

If I remember right the 8ight made it's debut two, maybe two and a half years ago. It is a fine buggy!

I agree. It's been two or more years since it's release but it's still one of the best out there. I have one and can honestly say it's been unreal in terms of performance and durability. One thing to do before you even run it, clean out the grease in the front, center and rear diffs and load them up with diff oil. the weight will depend on your track conditions so check out what some other folks you'll be running with have in theirs. It makes all the difference in the world, especially minimizing back end droop and really making those front wheels pull you along as much as the rear is pushing. You'll see...
