I use a different tank with little L-brackets that I made. Works much better than the stock one. With this tank, my engine doesn't lean out hardly at all as the tank empties. I have the same one on my maxx. I really like it. Since I've installed it on the maxx where I installed it, I haven't broken it. I've ran about 5 gallons through the maxx since I put it on. Prior to that, I ran about 4 gallons and broke 9 stock tanks. On the savage below, I've ran about 2 gallons through it and it's the original tank.
I'm currently running only 4 new era shocks which give me more clearance in the rear as well.
