Tamiya TT02 Pressing the accelerator to the maximum, it stops by itself.

It's the first time I've made it work.

Could it be possible that you're losing connection and it triggered the failsafe? Try steering right when it brakes or go in a circle to see if it's disconnecting, closed parking garages aren't always the best place for connection. Also, snip off that Tamiya connector and get a Deans soldered on ASAP, those Tamiya connectors love to melt, even on a 6s 7.2v NiCd!

The acceleration problem is not only in the parking lot, I have also tried it at home and the same thing happens to me.

I have tried to make circles to the right and the same thing happens, it has also turned to the right when it brakes and it continues to lose the connection.

I will listen to you and solder the connection dean to tamiya.

It may be a faulty receiver or even the transmitter, try rebinding them. Just get a Deans male connector and solder it on, make sure the polarity is correct too. Authentic Deans connectors.

I have re-synchronized the receiver and transmitter, the same thing continues.

Could it be something in the TBLE-04S configuration?
