ok this is my t-maxx with a new look tossed out the pro .15 and added what is suppose to be a ported and polished 2.5 have not ran it yet need a recoil start went to my lhs they are out till monday so i decided to giver her a face lift not sure how to upload pictures on this page so go to my profile and look at the new look pics tell me what you thing thought about green spokes and skid plate as well not bad looking for a spray can job

looks pretty good. my 2 cents u should lower the body posts a litle bit so it not so high.
 
yea i saw that in the pic it does look a little high prob lower just not sure how low yet
 
I finally got to my lhs and got a recoil start for this hog...So finally after 20 pulls and she was running for the first time ran great a little to lean so i burnt out a glow plug after ten min of run time no smoke at all my fault just to excited to have it running...Hopefully after tm it will be running good she screams for a ported and polished 2.5 !!
 
The only thing i have a problem with is that it acts like it has a power band...she starts off a little boggy then it picks up good then it seems to just take off could it be the lsn out of adjustment a little?
 
If it's bogging on low end take off, it's too rich. Turn the lsn clockwise in very small increments and see if it gets better, like 1/16 of a turn at a time. Make sure to do your tuning once the engine is warmed up.
 
Ok so i just took her out for a little for tuneing...still a little boggy on bottem end other then that she runs good got a little bit of white smoke not to though i think its just right...blowing donuts on wet black top like crazy it looked like the monster trucks on tv doing donuts except i tending to put her on her lid more then they do !! so over all fairly happy just some minor tweaking and i think she will do just fine. Hopefully have a couple of videos up soon
 
That stands to reason. If you were running rich and had your idles set to the rich setting, when you leaned the lsn it would also increase your idle. You should be able to lower the idle a little now and start fine tuning.
 
Well finally had some nice weather here in upstate NY so i finally got this t maxx out and bashing....It ran great nothing broke motor ran nice found some sweet jumps...so all in all it was a fun day with some buddys out bashing tearing crap up!!!
 
I did the exact same thing on my truck...

My body is matte black and same with my rims except i have clear cote on them to make them a little more shiny so they stand out!!!

Over all that looks like a really nice job! The green stripes are a little dark but other then that that body looks bad ass!!!
