What do I have to do to upgrade my T Maxx pro.15 with rotary carb to os 18 with rotary carb? What model # do I need I am trying not to do the upgrade kit to the slide carb?

Here ya go Bro! An OS CV-R. It's a direct fit. I have one in a 4910 Tmaxx. It's probably the best engine I have. Runs good all the time. Here's one I just found on Ebay. Starting bit is $75. No one has bit on it yet. Goes down tomorrow. The guy says he's only ran this engine 3 times and it's like new. BUT, the seller has no feedback rating. I've done OK buying engines on Ebay but it's always from someone with 100% positive feedback rating.

Depending on the 18 you want to go with (TM/TZ/CV), for the slide carb you just need the pivot post and new linkage.

Pivot and post: http://www3.towerhobbies.com/cgi-bin/wti0001p?&I=LXDDR6&P=7
Linkage: http://www3.towerhobbies.com/cgi-bin/wti0001p?&I=LXDDZ3&P=7

I'd suggest using these sliders instead of the ones in the linkage kit:

Far less likely to bind or cause radio interference due to metal on metal vibration.

Not sure what header you currently have, but if you go with a cvr, it should bolt right up as it's a side exhaust like the pro-15. However, if you have the stock header, you may want to get something less restrictive. Unless your stock one is like this:

If not, this one will probably work ok and is cheaper than traxxas's:
