That is a nice looking cage. What is it made of? Alum?

I bought a stainless steel cage, didn't like it much. It was your typical thrown together cage. I replaced it with a new ere 3point roll bar. I don't know if i need anything else. I haven't broken anything on the top of the truck since i put it on. Minus the occasional spur gear.

I wonder if they make one to fit a 21 converted chassis... probably not.

they make one of those cages for the .21's, but u have to buy their whole conversion kit, it comes with the chassis and everything.

Cool, thanks.

It's to bad that these guys don't put the measurements of their chassis on the sites somewhere. Then you could tell the diff between xtm, dynamite, hardcore etc.

Then you could make a better judgement to buy what you want from where your want.

Robmob - Very nice brotha, Also love the color selections thus far.

My T-maxx is literally in pieces now.....TOTAL DIS-ASSEMBLY...hAH HA HA. I took my Tranny and DIffs apart (again) and everything looks great but I wanna beef up the Diffs a bit and maybe re-do the ring and pinion. ALL of the plastic tranny gears show no signs of wear even with more power going through it. After X-mas I'll be running a Mod'd Sirio .18 and I'm sure the DIffs and Tranny will need some beefy up.

I'll post some pics of all the bad ass parts when I get them from the LHS and in the mail from UE.

Here is a during photo. All that is left to put on is the Sirio and the cage.

Kinda looks the same, but there isn't much left that is stock.

That is still the stock chassis plate so right now I am dropping in the Sirio. Later, after the .21 Picco medium block has been out awhile, and it ends up being a good mill which it should, I plan on getting it and going to all metal internal gears.

I have finally completed my project.

Here is a list of all items put on:

Verry nice..

I need to make a list of all my maxx hopups now..

Are they a really soft rubber compound? The reason i ask is i went with a set from IMEX for winter running that was IMEX's medium compound. When i come down from a high jump, the rim actually cuts the tire. I have to tires that are shot due to this and am trying to find a happy medium.

Thanks.

Thanks.

They seem to be the same as the stock t-maxx tires.
