I swapped out stock A-Arms and shocks with Integy A-Arms and Integy shocks. Since the swap I have had terrible problems with steering servo. Only able to run truck back and forth. Truck while running does not want to turn. There is nothing obstructing the servo at all. When everything is off I tried turning the wheels manually and it is quite tight and does not want to move back and forth. I made no adjustments at all with the steering servo. Not sure why this is happening. How do you know when it is time to replace steering servo. Or what is the fix?

Sounds like you may have over-tightened something. Check to make sure the steering assembly can pivot freely. There's a good chance you over tightened the pillow balls that the hub-carriers ride on.

I am thinking it is not the pillow ball itself rather the nut that sits on top of the pillow ball that adjusts the hub. If that is too tight the suspension will bind, if it is too loose your suspension with have a ton of slop and handle very poorly.
