yes it is just the wand and a new battery for it....make offers if it sounds like too much.....I have to clean out my stuff to make room for other toys.....but don't make ridiculous offers please....the wand is about 15 and a battery is about 20 plus shipping so I figured 25 shipped is fair.....if not call me out on it......
