My recommendation:
1. Let your glo-ignitor charge over night.
2. Put a new glo plug in the engine (regardless of what the current one looks like).
3. Fresh tank of gas
4. Set the needles to factory pre-sets for the Sirio .18 and replace the missing O-ring.
5. Prime it just a couple of pulls on the pull start worth (do not overdo it).
6. Then give it a go. Once you get it going, then you can worry about tuning it.

Hahaha I would like you all to know that I happen to work at the lhs here in Charlotte AKA HobbyTown. I've heard some pretty bad things about the franchise, and I've been to a different one in Boone, NC and to be honest it wasn't that great. If you're ever in the Charlotte, NC area, stop by and we'll change your mind! A good bit of our customers are regulars, and not because we're the only hs around, because we're not, but it's because of how much stock we carry and the level of service given to the customer. I agree, most HobbyTowns aren't that great, but it just all depends on the owners.
