Hey guys. Like I said before, my t-maxx does run right. Now, Its worse. When I start it up, it wants to go. BUT it will only start and run when the wheels are turning, once i hit the brake and stop, the engine stops. I took the clutch off, and the transmission moves backwords freely, but the clutch bell on the engine, the one that meets the slipper clutch does not move very easy at all. With everything unhooked, the wheels move backwards freely. So what does it sound like the problem is? I have a picture of the clutch if you need to see it.

with the engine off the truck the clutchbell(on the engine) spins freely. sounds like that is your problem.
i think the spring inside is most common problem.

Lol.. well all you have to do is pull the motor.. take the Clutch bell off.. Remove the shoes.. and replace the springs.. and you should probably replace your clutch shoes too because it was obviously hanging up and is more than likely garbage now..

The MIP clutch shoes have two holes in them, as you see in the photo at tower:

Hole #1 is similar to stock for RPM engagement.
Hole #2 makes the clutch engage later (higher) in the RPM range and doesn't bite in as hard.

Hole 1 is used for general high grip areas.
Hole 2 is usually used for areas where you need a bit less torque transferred on the bottom of the RPM's due to a loose surface and it also engages later in RPM's to allow you to adjust engagement higher in the torque range of the engine.
